Usher will be MIA at the ESPYs.

The crooner won't be attending the ESPN awards show tonight in Los Angeles following a tragic Jet Ski accident over the weekend that left his former stepson in critical condition.

An ESPN rep confirms to E! News that the Grammy winner will not be among the evening's lineup of presenters.

The awards show, which celebrates the year's top athletes and teams and kicks off at 9 p.m. at the Nokia Theater, is expected to draw a high-wattage roster of presenters and honorees, including Jessica Biel, Jeremy Renner, Zooey Deschanel, Kenny Chesney and Shaun White, among others.

On Saturday, Usher's former stepson, 11-year-old Kyle Glover, was struck in the head by a Jet Ski driver while riding an inner tube at Lake Lanier in Georgia. Police have since identified the driver of the watercraft as family friend Jeffrey S. Hubbard.

Although no charges have yet been filed, police confirm to E! News that the incident remains under investigation.
