Turns out Jon Hamm in a softball uniform is just as nice to look at as Jon Hamm in a tailored suit.

The Mad Men star was just one of a literal lineup of luminaries who went to bat Sunday at the Taco Bell All-Star Legends & Celebrity Softball Game, part of the usual run-up to Major League Baseball's annual All-Star Game.

ESPN's not televising the game until tonight, so we won't tell you who won—but check out who else suited up for the game at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City, Mo.

The starry talent—at least of the TV and music variety—included Chord Overstreet, Eric Stonestreet, James Denton, Horatio Sanz, American Idol alums David Cook and Haley Reinhart, model Chrissy Teigen, country-music singer David Nail and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition's Paul Dimeo.

Carlos Bocanegra, captain of the U.S. men's national soccer team, and actual softball stud Jennie Finch also played, along with baseball greats like Rickey Henderson and George Brett.

Multisport legend Bo Jackson managed the American League team, which included Cook, Overstreet and Stonestreet. And though he played for the opposing side, Hamm described meeting Jackson as "terrifying."

"He's amazing," the actor marveled to MLB.com.

But Stonestreet ended up with the bragging rights when he found out that Jackson is a big Modern Family fan.

That's "always a trip, when you find out that someone you looked up to as a kid now watches what you do," the Emmy winner said.
