Good news for Deena Cortese: A New Jersey municipal court judge dismissed all criminal charges against the Jersey Shore star on Tuesday, E! News can confirm. Cortese, accompanied by her parents, apologized in court for her actions.

Last month, Cortese was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct for dancing in a roadway and interfering with traffic. After that charge was dismissed Tuesday, Cortese was instead issued a traffic summons ticket for failure to use the sidewalk. She was also ordered to pay a $106 fine and $33 in court costs.

The reality star's attorney Michael Pappa told E! News he's "very happy with the result and I know Deena is too. She is very appreciate and grateful for the outcome."

He tells E! News Cortese had been worried about this criminal case and "took it all very seriously."

"She knows she made a mistake and regrets what she did," he said. "But she is happy to be able to avoid being exposed to a criminal record."

According to Cortese's lawyer, she'll be back filming for Jersey Shore on Wednesday.
