After her surprising (well, at least to us) exit on Grey's Anatomy, actress Chyler Leigh seems ready to start her new journey with a completely new look.

A very short, chop-it-all-off kinda look.

The former Grey's actress debuted the new hairstyle last night at The Thirst Project's third annual gala in Los Angeles, where she attended the red carpet alongside her hubby Nathan West.

Leigh paired her uber-short cut with a strapless, sweetheart cut gown by Kevan Hall that made her look absolutely stunning.

Plus, it takes guts to chop it all of like that—so, kudos to her.
