Reports surfaced the Oscar-winning actress and her musician beau bought the California home, but what's the real deal?

Rumor has it Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are trading in New York and London living for spanking new digs on the West Coast (from time to time, at least).

Reports surfaced Friday that the 39-year-old Iron Man star and her Coldplay-fronting hubby had scored a pretty awesome six-bedroom mansion in Los Angeles for a cool $10.5 million.

But, can we really bank on the duo spending that much time away from besties Jay-Z and Beyoncé (and their adorable daughter Blue Ivy)?

Not just yet.

According to the realtor for the property, Paltrow and Martin's supposed new plush pad is still on the market, E! News has confirmed.

Which means, the massive mansion, which has eight bathrooms and a stable, could still potentially be yours…if you've got a few million dollars lying around, of course.
