If you have any doubt as to the business savvy of the Watch the Throne king, know this: Those Nike sneakers in the photo that just hit stores, like, a week ago? They're already sold out.
That's right. They cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $375 and they're apparently gone, at least, in big cities like Detroit.
(A separate pair offered by Kanye himself recently went for $90,300 on eBay.)
