The drama just keeps rolling in for Lady Gaga and her Born This Way Ball concert.

Just weeks after Gaga was forced to cancel the Indonesian leg of her tour amid protests, the pop superstar suffered another setback, in the form of a concussion.

So, what went down? Or rather, came crashing down?

While Gaga was performing the song "Judas," one of her crew accidentally hit her on the head with a pole, as YouTube videos clearly show (see above).

According to Rolling Stone, she later told the crowd that, "I want to apologize. I did hit my head and I think I may have a concussion but don't you worry I will finish this show."

And that she did, going on for another 16 songs.

Talk about a trouper!
