It appears that Brooke Mueller hasn't turned the page yet.

A week after her rep said that Charlie Sheen's ex-wife was happy to put "this chapter of her life behind her," Mueller's camp confirmed to E! News today that the mother of two has relapsed and is back in rehab.

But was that part of the plan all along for Mueller, who was officially sentenced to probation last week for felony drug possession?

"As part of her ongoing treatment and as planned, she voluntarily checked herself into a rehab facility several weeks ago," rep Steve Honig told Celebuzz, which reports that she is still battling a crack-cocaine addiction.

Mueller, 34, has been in and out of rehab since divorcing Sheen following his Christmas 2009 meltdown in Aspen.

Most recently, after being arrested in December for felony cocaine possession and misdemeanor assault in Aspen for allegedly getting into it with another patron at a music venue, she tried outpatient therapy—but when that didn't work, she checked into an "intensive" inpatient treatment program. Mueller then chased that with "aggressive" outpatient rehab.

She copped to the possession charge to avoid jail time in exchange for a year of probation that requires her to steer completely clear of drugs and alcohol.

And maybe Mueller ought to steer clear of Aspen, too.
