You can quit hoping for a John Travolta sighting.

Unless you live in the Bahamas, that is.

Sources have exclusively confirmed to E! News that the beleaguered actor had, as lately as this week, been staying at a private home on a remote Bahamian island with his wife, Kelly Preston, and their kids, Ella and Benjamin.

E! News can confirm that the vacation home he retreated to with the family is not the same place they were staying when his and Preston's 16-year-old son Jett died after suffering a seizure.

But Travolta, whose lawyer has been doing all the talking since two men accused the Pulp Fiction star of sexual misbehavior (all allegations have been denied), hasn't been in the Bahamas this whole time...

He had been in Ocala, Fla., where he has a home in a private-jet-friendly gated community, after which he spent time at the Scientology center in Clearwater.

Travolta was spotted in Florida, but he hasn't been heard from since before he was sued, minus a statement released via his rep when the Bee Gees' Robin Gibb died.

Meanwhile, both accusers dropped their lawsuit against Travolta, but have hired legal eagle Gloria Allred to represent them.
