Look who's barked up new homes!

This past weekend, two pooches in need have been taken in by animal-loving celeb owners, who've given the dogs a new shot at happy homes—and, you can bet, a very pampered Hollywood life. Start booking those pet spas!

Miley Cyrus and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth adopted an adorable black-and-white mutt, while Rumer Willis has given a new home to a Rottweiler-beagle mix.

The pets are the newest addition to the stars' burgeoning canine brood: Cyrus and Hemsworth now have five pups in all, as does Willis!

"Meet the newest addition to our family Mary Jane :)" Cyrus tweeted on Saturday. (Hmm, could you tell us what the name signifies, Miles?) "I love rescuing xo"

Indeed, just two weeks ago, Cyrus rescued another poor pooch that was left at a Walmart store, and which the star decided to name Happy.

Happy, it turns out, has an only-in-Hollywood connection to Willis' new dog: Per People, both pooches came from the same litter!

"Just rescued this little love from @SpotLa so happy she and her bro happy can play together," Willis tweeted yesterday.

As for the pet's name? "Finally chose a name for the little one it's Indy Blue," she wrote.

Meanwhile, Grey's Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey has a less than happy pet story to share.

According to TMZ, the actor has decided to put his two dogs, Daisy and Ginger, up for adoption after the animals repeatedly tussled and got violent with each other.

Dempsey took in the two American Bulldog–Staffordshire Terrier canines, which are sisters, from an animal rescue in Texas recently. Both are reportedly up for adoption, although the star is hoping to keep one of the dogs, if no one decides to take them together.

Doggone it, McDreamy: Here's hoping you get to keep at least one of them!
