Funnyman and actor unfollows the "Firework" singer four months after the singer unfollowed him

Russell Brand and Katy Perry are officially done—well, by Twitter standards that is.

The British actor took to his Twitter earlier this week to take the final step in ending his relationship with his soon-to-be ex-wife by unfollowing her on Twitter.

Brand, who wed Perry back in October 2010 in an extravagant wedding in India, now follows only a select 77 people.

The 38-year-old actor took four months to click the "unfollow" button despite their split and the "Part of Me" singer's decision to promptly remove him from her Twitter after his filing for divorce back in December.

So, how's Katy taking the news?

The singer, who looked quite comfortable post-Brand with Florence + the Machine guitarist Robert Ackroyd at Coachella last month, recently tweeted her version of Beyoncé and Jay-Z's "Bonnie and Clyde" lyrics: "All I need in this life of sin is me and my kitten."

Looks like Mr. Rusty Rockets finally got that memo.
