It's a somewhat beautiful day for beauty queen Rima Fakih.

After all, rather than being sentenced to time behind bars, the former Miss USA received six months' probation and 20 hours of community service in her Michigan DUI case on Wednesday.

Fakih had pleaded no contest last month to driving while visibly impaired in the wake of her arrest back in December in Detroit's Highland Park.

In addition to the probation and community service, 26-year-old Fakih must also pay more than $600 in fines and costs as well as attend an alcohol safety class and a victim impact class, the Detroit Free Press reports.

In 2010, the Lebanese beauty became the first Arab-American to be crowned Miss USA.
