Who can blame Nicollette Sheridan for wanting to get away from it all for a bit?

After recently spending what seemed like forever in an L.A. courtroom dealing with her wrongful-termination case against ABC (it was eventually declared a mistrial and is due back in court later this week), the Desperate Housewives star decided to trade in her legal attire for a skimpy pink two-piece.

And the actress, at 48, easily proved that age is nothing but a number as she showed off her beautiful bod while on vacation in St. Barts over the weekend.
