Twitter Sherri Shepherd, who's nursing a twisted foot, just proved that there's a first time for everything.
Getting injured on Dancing With the Stars is nothing new, of course—that seemingly happens to half the field every season!
From Maria Menounos' fractured and bruised feet and cracked rib to the "mild concussion" Melissa Gilbert suffered just last night, this show consistently serves to bring celebs to their knees.
But just how Shepherd injured herself is a new one...
"One of the hazards of dancing. Twisted my foot giving Len a lap dance! #DWTS," the 30 Rock actress and The View cohost tweeted this afternoon.
Len being, of course, head judge Len Goodman, whom Shepherd spent a good time shimmying in front of at the beginning of last night's tango routine.
At least she can say she was injured in the line of duty.
