Could Lindsay Lohan's streak of good behavior already be over?

Less than two weeks after ending her formal probation, the actress has been accused of getting into an altercation with a woman in a nightclub earlier this week.

E! News has confirmed that a woman filed a battery complaint against Lohan with the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department last night, claiming Lohan shoved her on Thursday after LiLo became angry the woman was talking to Lindsay's male friend.

So, is the actress back to her old ways on the cusp of her comeback?

Lindsay's publicist, Steve Honig, tells E! News, "This is just another instance of somebody making up a story to either get money, fifteen minutes of fame or a little bit of both," he insisted before adding, "There is no truth to the accusations."

Phew! We're so happy to hear the actress is still on her best behavior.

Police tell E! News that they are currently investigating the validity of the complaint.

Although Linds has made great strides getting her life back on track, the drama continues to follow the once-troubled star.

Just three weeks ago, Lindsay was accused of sideswiping the manager of a hookah lounge in Hollywood while leaving The Sayers Club in her black Porsche. At the time, her rep told E! News "At no point was there ever any indication that her car hit anyone or anything."

Lindsay recently completed her seemingly endless formal probation in both her DUI and necklace heist cases. She celebrated her freedom with an exclusive party at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood.
