Lake Bell is set to tie the knot!

The 33-year-old How to Make It in America star is engaged to tattoo artist Scott Campbell, Bell's rep confirmed exclusively to E! News.

So, how did the proposal go down?

Details on the duo's engagement are being kept under wraps for now.

But it looks like starring on the HBO dramedy paid off in the romance department for Bell, who reportedly met her newly cemented fiancé when he guest-starred as himself on the show in 2011, according to the New York Post.

"They're absolutely thrilled about the engagement," a friend of the couple tells E! News. They're a wonderful couple who make each other very happy. Lake is beaming about it."
