Rob Kardashian's dash for a paparazzo led him to the cops.

The Dancing With the Stars runner-up was briefly detained by police early Sunday morning in Miami after he chased after a photographer, E! News has confirmed.

According to the police report, cops heard a man yelling, "Police!" and saw Kardashian, 25, running after the pap in question.

After heading into a store, the man, whom cops identified as Freddy Hernandez, 43, reportedly said, "He is going to hurt me." Kardashian was then briefly handcuffed.

Per police, Hernandez claimed that he was shooting footage of Kardashian and a woman when the reality star became upset and started chasing him. The pap admitted that Kardashian never threatened or assaulted him.

Police confirmed that no scuffle occurred between the two, and Kardashian was released without incident.

So far Rob has remained mum about the whole deal.
