It's no secret that Tom (Christian Borle) and Derek (Jack Davenport) hate each other, but we were never really given the reason why. But in tonight's episode of Smash, everything comes to a head when both men have it out and reveal why they just can't seem to get along. And just wait for the the most surprising (and heartbreaking) reveal…it comes from Tom at the end of the clip.
