It looks like the highly anticipated return last night of Mad Men isn't the only watercooler talk today.

The hit show's star Betty January Jones is getting plenty of attention this morning when she revealed the secret to keeping her energy up after returning to work following the birth of son Xander.

"I have a great doula who makes sure I'm eating well, with vitamins and teas, and with placenta capsulation," Jones tells People.

Wait, what?!

Yep. The actress reveals she's been taking the powdered placenta pills since her boy was born last September, in particular, when she's feeling a bit lethargic.

"Your placenta gets dehydrated and made into vitamins," she explains. "It's something I was very hesitant about, but we're the only mammals who don't ingest our own placentas."

And now, the 34-year-old actress couldn't be more pro placenta.

"It's not witch-crafty or anything!" Jones adds. "I suggest it to all moms!"
