The pop tart, whose current Euro blitz has included stops in England and Paris, swung by the Echo Music Awards in Germany today and made one shiny entrance.
The fashion-forward songbird donned what can only be described as a disco ball that seems to be undergoing an identity crisis as a dress.

The sleeveless, body-hugging frock, which she paired with nude spikes, flattered the star's signature curves. Topping the look was a wavy blue bouffant whose sleek, futuristic feel made Perry look like she just stepped out of an episode of The Jetsons.
So whom was she psyched to see at the awards show?
"Excited to see @LanaDelRey play tonight on the Echo Awards in Germany... Blue Jeans video is tres magnifique! Congrats Yoann Lemoine!" she tweeted, giving props to the singer and the music video's director.
Glad to see the signer, who yesterday shot down talk of a tiff with Beyoncé, looking glam and chic again. That's quite the change from channeling G.I. Jane!
