MTVMike "The Situation" Sorrentino is ready to put the rumors to rest
The Jersey Shore reality star explained in a Facebook post Wednesday that he [wants] to set the record straight" and has "voluntarily taken steps to get control of a prescription medication problem I had due to exhaustion."
So just what does this mean for Sitch?
"I have spent the past several weeks getting treatment for this problem and recuperating from my work and appearance schedule," he wrote. "I appreciate my fans support and love you guys."
This new statement elaborated on the one his rep made yesterday, which had him getting some R&R at "an undisclosed location."
We're glad to hear Mike is being responsible and proactive with his health. We can't wait to see more of him in season six!
