Rihanna likes to have a good time. And that's exactly what she did last night when she hit a few L.A. hot spots with friends.

So who was the pop star with, where exactly was she partying, and was her recent collaborator and former boyfriend Chris Brown anywhere in sight?

Ri-Ri stepped out for a girls' night with two female friends (so, no, Brown was not part of the party). The group first hit Beverly Hills eatery Scarpetta at the Montage around 9:30 p.m. for a low-key dinner.

Dressed in a see-through top black jumpsuit and grey jacket, the Barbadian star and her pals sipped on white wine and shared appetizers before chowing down on their main courses (Ri chose the chef's signature spaghetti). The gal group chatted, laughed and even danced in their seats at one point in the night to the room's high-energy music.

They left the restaurant after 11 p.m. and headed to Hollywood hot spot Colony for some livelier fun, and partied at the club until almost 3 a.m. After calling it a night, the "Umbrella" songstress took a few photos with fans before hopping into her black SUV and hitting the road.

And that's not all. In other celebrity sightings news...
