How dare Adrien Brody improvise on a sketch comedy show!
Rumors have been circling the Internet saying the actor was banned from hosting Saturday Night Live after his Rastafari character continuously ad-libbed, against producer Lorne Michaels wishes.
Is it true?
Brody sure doesn't think so.
During an interview with Moviefone, the Detachment actor admitted he's heard the speculation, but doesn't know if he was actually banned, because Michaels said "nothing like that" to him backstage.
Hopefully it's all just a misunderstanding, because we'd love to see Adrien back on SNL, and since he claims he "had a great time," maybe he'd be up for it if the opportunity came.
Ahem.
