Farrah Abraham is taking her Teen Mom fame to new heights. The reality star signed with Models International last month, the Beverly Hills agency confirmed to E! News.

According to the agency, Sophia's mom is planning a move to L.A., where she's "in talks with MTV producers" about a spinoff show based on her new life and career.

"Farrah signed with us in February and will be featured in upcoming magazines as well as LAFashionWeke.com," a rep for Models International told us. "We're very excited to have her on board. She's going to be doing commercial, print and brand name licensing."

The 5'7" brunette got breast implants last year, taking her from an A to a C-cup.  "After having a baby, my boobs went away. It hurt my self-esteem," she told Us Weekly. "I didn't feel like I was woman enough anymore. I knew I could be happier."

So how did she feel about her body post-surgery? She explained: "I think it's helped my confidence and for me to feel more like a woman."

Well, now she's officially a modeling mama.
