Sylvester Stallone doesn't mind serving his civic duty. But no photos, please!

An E! News source reveals a bailiff escorted Stallone into a jury assembly room at a Los Angeles courthouse today.

But not before this announcement was made: “Ladies and gentlemen, you are permitted to use your cell phones, but no photos are permitted.”

Sly's rep confirms his location to E! News but wouldn't elaborate: "Mr. Stallone is at the courthouse, but I do not have anything further to add at this time."

(According to other reports, Sly's a prospective juror in a wrongful termination lawsuit.)

Compared to last year's brush with the Australian law (or expected testimony in the Pellicano trial), seems like jury duty on a white-collar case is a piece of cake for this tough guy.
