For Tila Tequila, this is certainly a step in the right direction.

E! News has confirmed that the reality star will be entering rehab in the wake of her hospitalization last week.

"Tila has agreed to go into treatment on her own at Palm Partners in Florida and will be entering this week," Tequila's rep told E! News. "That is all the info we want to give at this time."

Her manager also made it clear that Tequila's friends did not stage an intervention as some have reported.

The 30-year-old was taken to the hospital last week after suffering a near-fatal brain aneurysm. It was discovered when paramedics responded to a 911 call placed by Tequila's roommate, who reported the situation as a drug-related suicide attempt. It's not clear if the aneurysm and the drugs were connected.

Tequila, who was released from the hospital on Monday, "continues to recover and is doing better," said her manager. "We ask that her privacy is respected during this difficult time."
