Rumer Willis Glams Up the Red Carpet in Miami

Rumer Willis was in a Miami state of mind on Monday.

The 23-year-old actress looked stunning as she walked the red carpet at the city's annual film festival on behalf of her new movie, The Diary of Preston Plummer, in a figure-hugging Hervé Léger cream bandage dress with a plunging neckline and sexy cutouts, braided hairstyle and bright red pout.

Her appearance last night came on the heels of mom Demi Moore returning to Los Angeles after a much-needed vacation following a recent rehab stint.

And for Rumer, yesterday's premiere was no doubt a bit of a vacay for her, considering what she's been through lately.

In addition to being present the night Moore was taken to the hospital following that call to 911 in January, Rumer's Hollywood Hills home was also burglarized last month.

In spite of everything, though, pal Zac Efron insists "she's doing fine."

And from what we see here, she's looking fine, too!
