Brooke Mueller's troubles aren't over yet.

E! News has learned that Charlie Sheen's former missus has been charged with cocaine possession and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, both felonies, along with misdemeanor third-degree assault stemming from her arrest in December at an Aspen hot spot.

Per the Aspen Times, Pitkin County District Attorney Arnold Mordkin filed the charges based on the initial findings of local police who alleged the 34-year-old Mueller roughed up a woman named Llana Hora Castillo Pacheco Little at the Belly Up nightclub.

The investigation remains ongoing, hence the reason authorities are remaining mum for the most part about the case.

But the former real estate agent turned actress got into this mess when cops, following up on a report that she waylaid a fellow patron at Belly Up on the night of Dec. 2, tracked Mueller to the Escobar nightclub. A search turned up the coke, and the mother of two was subsequently taken into custody on suspicion of drug possession and assault and booked into the Pitkin County Jail.

No word what set off the alleged fisticuffs, but according to the paper, prosecutors have since identified 11 witnesses to the assault, including two police officers.

As to the nature of the charges, the D.A.'s office slapped her with the felony possession with intent to distribute because Brooke allegedly had more than four grams of cocaine on her. If convicted, she could face six years in the slammer.

However, in the event there's a dispute over how much of the white stuff was found on her, prosecutors also hit The World According to Paris star with the second felony count of possession of four grams or less, which carries a lighter sentence of 18 months in jail.

Mueller remains out on $11,000 bail and her publicist told E! News earlier this week that she has since returned to Los Angeles after completing an intensive three-month drug and alcohol treatment program. She's now entered into an "aggressive outpatient program" in which she has a sober companion who will help her stay clean.

"Brooke is feeling better than ever before, and is committed to continuing treatment for as long as necessary to maintain her total and complete sobriety," rep Steve Honig said.

Mueller is due back in an Aspen courtroom on March 5.

Good luck, Brooke.
