Has your spider sense been tingling? Must be because there's now a new trailer online for The Amazing Spider-Man!

The webslinger's new spot just hit the Web, offering even more tantalizing glimpses into what to expect when the highly anticipated flick, which stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone, hits theaters on July 3.

Here's the scoop on the latest footage...

The trailer opens with Stone's Gwen Stacy asking Garfield's Peter Parker, "How'd you get up there?" when he appears on her fire escape. "It's 20 stories!"

Indeed, expect lots of swooping and swinging here. But unlike the first trailer, which featured a first-person POV of Spider-Man whooshing through the city, this one offers rousing new shots of the superhero in action.

The good news is that—a least based on these images—the CGI effects look more realistic than those in the previous films, which veered cartoon-ish.

We also get scenes of Spidey being bullied in school, as well as shots of his vigilante good deeds.

But the big reveal here is Rhys Ifans' villainous Lizard, who wreaks all kinds of havoc, including tossing vehicles from bridges and pulling passengers from cars. They're quick glimpses, sure, but there's a nifty transformation shot that hints at his reptilian villainy.

"Thirty-eight of New York's Finest versus one guy...in a unitard," sniffs Denis Leary, who plays Gwen's dad, a cop hunting down Spider-Man.

Based on this trailer, we're guessing The Amazing Spider-Man will crawl up summer moviegoers' most-wanted list.
