It was only a matter of time, but Jack White is finally a one-piece.

The guitar-playing half of the now-defunct garage rock duo The White Stripes has announced plans to drop his first-ever solo album, Blunderbuss, on April 23/24, via his Nashville, Tennessee-based indie label, Third Man Records.

So what's the single sound like?

The first song off the disc, a countrified little number called "Love Interruption," is now streaming on White's website and is available for download exclusively to members of Third Man's subscription service, The Vault. Fans can also purchase the digital track beginning tonight at midnight.

A 7-inch vinyl version featuring the non-album B-side "Machine Gun Silhouette" will also be released on Feb. 7 and is available now as a pre-order in the Third Man store.

Take a listen.
