Ever since we got the three second glimpse of Santana (Naya Rivera) and Sebastian (Grant Gustin) performing "Smooth Criminal" from Glee's big Michael Jackson episode, we've been chomping at the bit for the full number. Because just based on the lightning-quick preview from the promo, we knew it was going to be awesome.

And since we now have the full performance, we can confirm that it is indeed awesome. But we also got something that we just did not see coming...

...crazy off-the-charts chemistry between Santana and Sebastian.

Now, now Brittana fans. Don't go sharpening your pitchforks over the thought of Sebastian coming between the girls. First of all, Sebastian's gay, and Santana is not only a lesbian, but she's also hopelessly devoted to her girl Brittany (Heather Morris). These are facts.

But also facts: "Smooth Criminal" is full of some intense moments between the villainous Sebastian and the saucy Santana. They might not be vibing on each other in that way on Glee, but they are definitely making some musical eye babies during the number. The chemistry is palpable, and we are more than happy to soak it alllll in. But who knows, crazier things have happened on Glee. Maybe Santana and Sebastian could work it out.

But probably not.

Check out the full performance to "Smooth Criminal" below, as well as a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the number. Then hit the comments and tell us if we were the only ones who felt the tension between those two. Either way, it's only making us more excited for "Michael," and next Tuesday can't come soon enough!
