Is Rihanna still looking for love in all the wrong places?
The hitmaker hit up West Hollywood nightclub Greystone Manor last night, as did her fellow Grammy nominee and notorious ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown—who happens to have a court date scheduled for Feb. 2 pertaining to his 2009 battery case.
But guess who else was at the club?
Brown's girlfriend of nearly nine months, model Karrueche Tran.
"Chris and Rihanna are just friends," Brown's rep, Jeff Raymond, assures E! News. "He is with his girlfriend and not cheating."
So what's the deal with these two? Supposedly they've been seeing quite a bit of each other, though it's understandable that they'd want to keep it under the radar—and not because Brown was originally prohibited from coming within 100 yards of Rihanna until Aug. 25, 2014.
Last year, with Rihanna's OK, the order of protection against Brown was relaxed, purportedly so that SWAT wouldn't have to be called in if the two ran into each other at an industry gathering or something.
"We don't have to talk again ever in my life," Rihanna told Rolling Stone last March. "I just didn't want to make it more difficult for him professionally. What he did to me was a personal thing. It had nothing to do with his career. Saying he has to be a hundred feet away from me, he can't perform at awards shows, that definitely made it difficult for him. That was the only thing it was going to change, so I didn't care."
Rihanna tends to stay friends with her exes, though, having been also spotted in London with Dodgers star Matt Kemp in October, almost a year after they broke up.
