A little bit of rain won't stop Prince William and Kate Middleton from stepping out in style.

Just a day before her 30th birthday, the Duchess of Cambridge and her hubby attended the premiere of War Horse in London Sunday—the first royal film premiere for Kate.

So, how did she do?

Dazzling as always!

Although it began to drizzle while Kate walked the carpet in a lace Alice Temperley gown, per People, Prince William made sure to prove himself a gentleman (As if there were any doubt!) by carefully shielding his wife from the rain with an umbrella.

The film's director, Steven Spielberg, along with War Horse's lead actor, Jeremy Irvine (and what may have been the title character), were also on hand for the event, benefiting the Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry, which helps military servicemen and women transition back to their civilian lives.
