If you ever come into some extra cash (preferably dough that once belonged to your unfaithful, filthy-rich ex-husband), here's an idea:

Buy a 9,000-square-foot oceanfront home in tony North Palm Beach's gated Seminole Landing neighborhood for $12.3 million and...tear the whole thing down!

We wish we could report that Tiger Wood's ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, leveled the place herself with various weapons of house destruction, but we can tell you what the 31-year-old mother of two plans to do with the land...

She's building the house she really wants, of course!

According to plans found at the Palm Beach County Building Office, Nordegren wants an 18,984-square-foot, three-story home erected on the lot and, while she is in the early stages of obtaining permits, the former first lady of golf has a very clear vision.

Under a cedar-shake roof, Nordegren wants to strategically use French doors set in stucco siding to take the most advantage possible of the sparkling ocean views just yards away.

She has enlisted architectural firm Dailey Janssen of West Palm Beach to bring her dreams to life—dreams that include a wine room, gym and theater with stadium seating in the basement.

On the ground floor, the plans call for a great room, a library, a family room, a playroom for daughter Sam and son Charlie and a kitchen measuring 29 by 18 feet.

Nordegren's 1,200-square foot master suite, replete with bedroom, sitting room, bathroom, closets and dressing area, all with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, will be found on the second floor, along with three more guest rooms with their own private baths.

"Elin has a big family and wants to have room for all of them to visit," a source exclusively tells E! News.

According to GossipExtra, which first reported that Nordegren had taken a wrecking ball to the manse she bought after her divorce and had grand designs on the land, Onshore Construction & Development (which built Woods' nearby Jupiter Island spread) is handling the project.

She is looking to have the place ready to move into by December 2014. Happy homemaking, Elin!
