It's back! It's finally back!

The tortorous event that is the TV winter hiatus is over and all of our favorites are returning to us over the next few weeks. Tagging along with them are a slew of new shows hoping to leave their mark on audiences. First up? ABC's Work It, a modern-day Bosom Buddies and Tootsie, starring Ben Koldyke and Amaury Nolasco.

To say there's a bit of controversy surrounding the new comedy is a bit of an understatement, so we're curious to know what you thought...

Unable to find jobs, Lee Standish (Koldyke) and his best friend Angel Ortiz (Nolasco) decide to dress as women in order to find employment. (See where the controversy comes in?) Yes, seeing the recession as a "man-cession," the besties go in drag to land jobs with Coreco Pharmaceuticals, a company only looking to hire female sales reps.

Lee decides not to tell wife Connie (Beth Lacke) and their 14-year-old daughter about his new look, but Connie has noticed a difference in her husband since he's started at Coreco: he's more sensitive to her needs! Angel, a ladies' man, is also in a complicated situation when he finds himself falling for his boss, Vanessa (Rochelle Aytes), who thinks he's a woman.

Of course, Lee and Angel run into many different women at their workplace...including a Lost alum! Rebecca Mader stars as Grace, Lee and Angel's icy co-worker who is suspicious of them and knows something's wrong. Here's hoping no headaches or nosebleeds come her way on this show. Kelly (Kate Reinders) is happy to have two more girlfriends to party with and Kristin (Kirstin Eggers) is excited to learn there is another single mom in the office...except Lee is not single and not a mom.

Now we want to hear from the approximately 6 million viewers who tuned into Work It's series premiere last night. What did you think of the show? Will you be tuning back in next week? Vote in our poll then head to the comments to defend your opinion!
