It hasn't been an easy holiday season for the Duggar family.

December started with tragic news that Michelle Duggar had suffered a miscarriage in her second trimester while pregnant with her 20th child with husband Jim Bob Duggar, and after holding a memorial service for the daughter they lost—whom they have posthumously named Jubilee Shalom Duggar—Michelle has posted a new video on the family's website, reading aloud a letter she wrote to little Jubilee.

.

"Dear Jubilee," she begins, "Mommy wanted to write a letter to her precious baby girl. You know, your name—Jubilee Shalom Duggar—means 'joyful celebration of peace.' We were so thankful to God when we found out that we were expecting you."

The TLC star went on to state how society often views babies as a "problem, trial or responsibility," but that the Duggars love babies and Jubilee's siblings are "disappointed" at never being able to meet her and never viewed her as "competition."

After listing what she will miss experiencing with baby Jubilee and explaining that she doesn't understand God's full purpose for taking her away so quickly, Duggar reassures, "I will not forget you. I look forward to meeting you someday."

Michelle tells her lost daughter that she will frame her birth date and meaning of her name so she can add it on the baby wall, and states, "From now on, when I'm asked how many children I have, the answer will be 21—19 here and two in heaven. You are precious to me, Jubilee. Mommy loves you."
