Kobe Bryant Allegedly Cheated With a Playboy Playmate? Not So Fast!

Reports claim that Jessica Burciaga was linked to the basketball star during his marriage, but E! News finds out that this is not true

Those are the questions that have been on the minds of many after hearing that Lakers star player Kobe Bryant and wife of over 10 years Vanessa Bryant were filing for divorce. And that is when some interesting reading material started surfacing.

Initial reports pinpointed Playboy Playmate and Miss February 2009 Jessica Burciaga as the alleged mistress that was in the middle of it all. There's no doubt that this Mexican-French-Irish model is one hot mix (and kinda resembles Vanessa), but E! News learns there is absolutely nothing going on between these two.

A spokesperson for both Kobe and Vanessa, who told us that the, "rumors are false and the initial blog, MediaTakeOut.com, that reported the rumor, has since retracted its story," also told E! News that, "Kobe and Jessica have never met."

Well, that's interesting.

Plus, if you follow the sexy Playmate on Twitter, you would get a hint that something wasn't right.

"The 1st media website that released this false story now takes it down, but thanks a lot now it's all over every other blog," she tweeted yesterday, along with, "It feels good when a non reliable, crappy media website retracts their story and takes my pics down and gets its right," and, "People can actually make up stories online about you and people you don't even know.. Great"
