Uri Schanker/FilmMagicSean "Diddy" Combs looks like he may be hurting. The rapper was spotted earlier this week at Miami's Art Basel with his arm in a sling.

"Diddy had minor surgery on his shoulder to fix an old injury," Combs' rep tells us. Glad to hear it's nothing too serious!
