Kate Gosselin Fires Back: Did She Really Have a Facelift?

Reality mom finally answers to speculation that she's gone under the knife

If you've been thinking that a certain harried, working single mother of 8 has been looking a tad more refreshed and rejuvenated than someone in her position ought to be, then you're not alone.

Speculation over whether or not reality mama Kate Gosselin has undergone not just a nip or tuck but a whole facelift, reached something of a fever pitch last week. And credit where it's due: unlike other stars who refuse to comment or wait out the hubbub over their seemingly new look, Kate has, well, faced her critics head on.

So, did she really get a facelift?

Nah. But like any reality star worth her salt, she did manage to not only milk the mini-scandal, but parlay the press into what we suspect to be a fairly lucrative day job.

"With all of the buzz about me having had a facelift, I will confirm that I have not had one (I am only 36!!!)," she wrote in a posting on CouponCabin.com (her new professional home).

Now here comes that parlaying…
