Elle Decor Talk about a nice little getaway!
While a certain actress spends most of her time residing in L.A., every now and then she feels the need to take a bite out of the Big Apple.
And what better way to break free from the pressures of Tinseltown than to kick back and relax in a spacious 1,400-square-foot New York City nest overlooking Manhattan?
In fact, given the size of this sweet pad, there's enough room here for, say, an Oscar. (Or two!)
So, whose home away from home is this?
Hilary Swank!
The 37-year-old star's apartment is currently featured in the latest issue of Elle Decor, and we can certainly see why.
"My home is a safe haven, where I can rejuvenate and rest," Swank tells the magazine, which reveals the actress turned to designer Mark Zeff to help her decorate the serene abode.
"I like Mark because his work has a worldly feel," says Swank. "He's from South Africa and has traveled all over, so he brings that sense of culture to his work. That is huge to me, to have those elements in my home."
Well, it shows.
