Survivor: South Pacific castaway Whitney Duncan married Donald Dwight Fallgatter on Aug. 1, 2010, according to info obtained by E! News from the Tennessee Office of Vital Records.

Therefore, Whitney was married when she embarked on her CBS-sponsored journey that included a hookup with fellow contestant Keith Tollafson—because the records office in Nashville has also confirmed to E! that her divorce petition was heard and granted on Nov. 8.

As in, last week.

The divorce decree has not yet been filed with the county.

"An I.D. [irreconcilable differences] divorce with no children has to be on file for 60 days before it can be put on the docket," a county official told us.

Meanwhile, the document we obtained from the records office contains information that was transcribed directly from Duncan and Fallgatter's certificate of marriage, putting an end to any uncertainty as to when (or if) they actually tied the knot.

When Duncan auditioned for Survivor, she represented herself as single—and that's certainly how she acted on the show. Since returning to the States, she's been seen out and about in Nashville with Tollefson and has referred frequently to a boyfriend on Twitter.

"We r in the market for a English bulldog puppy here in Nashville (& surrounding area). Let me know if anyone knows a breeder," she tweeted today, the picture of domestic bliss.

In TV land, Duncan was sent to Redemption Island this week, and Tollefson is already on the Survivor jury.
