Justin Bieber Flips the Bird in London

"Baby" crooner gives photogs the one-finger salute outside of an upscale restaurant.

And here we thought Justin Bieber's bird-flipping antics were a thing of the past.

Just months after apologizing to fans after flipping off paparazzi on his 17th birthday in March, Justin Bieber was at it again, throwing up his middle fingers as he exited swanky restaurant Mr. Chows in London Monday.  

And this time, there was no apology to follow his one-finger salute (so far, anyway). 

"UK I will miss you," Justin tweeted following his restaurant exit. "Time for Germany and then back to the states to support @PencilsOfPromis – #MakeAChange."

Apparently, the one-fingered salute isn't on that list of changes the "Baby" crooner is ready to make (just yet).
