Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Breaking Dawn Part 1

Andrew Cooper, Summit Entertainment

So let's cut to the sexy chase: the Breaking Dawn honeymoon scene, well, it isn't...crazy sexy, that is.

Maybe it's just because there's been so much foreplay hyping the actual event, but by the time Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's onscreen alter egos get busy, there are a couple kisses, a broken headboard and then a fade to black.

Talk about teasing! So we had to ask director Bill Condon if it was everything he thought it'd be:

"I think I probably would have liked to show a little more," Bill told us exclusively at the premiere of the flick held at the Nokia Theater yesterday. "But I think it's very romantic the way it is."

We'll give him that. R. Pattz and K.Stew definitely had no problem getting into the lovey-dovey part of it. We just wish that Kristen had been able to show off some more of her "sexy face" that she told us about.

Oh and as for how Billy thought the twosome handled the honeymoon pressure:

"They're so cool and they're so comfortable with each other," he gushed about his starring twosome. "I think they understand that there were big expectations, but we talked about it for so long and really put it into pieces, ‘cause it's the water, in the bed, then the next day and all that stuff. So it took a lot of pressure off of that one moment."

And that carefree environment apparently let Rob and Kristen really get...uh, into the scene. We just won't ever see it.

Remember, K.Stew told Glamour UK that the sex scene originally was going to land the flick an R rating, before the team cut back on the thrusting.

"When you write it could be interpreted any which way, it depends on which part of the camera picks up what. I certainly left room for as much to happen as needed," writer Melissa Rosenberg told us about penning the bed-breakin' biz. "But I have to say, it's perhaps not R-rated, but it's pretty risqué."

Yeah right. Maybe for Stephenie Meyer. Cross your fingers for a naughty director's cut, Twi-hards!
