In the hit TeenNick series' one-hour special Nowhere to Run, which premieres on Friday, Clare's (Aislinn Paul) life is about to be turned upside down by Alli (Melinda Shankar), her BFF, and Jake (Justin Kelly), her ex-BF and soon-to-be step-bro. (Got all that?)

Clearly, Alli has never seen Mean Girls or studied The Rules of Feminism guidebook because she makes the ultimate no-no while spending the weekend at Jake's cabin for an end-of-summer party: She hooks up with her best friend's (very recent) ex-boyfriend.
"It's funny. I'm feeling pretty far away right about now," Alli tells Jake before making her move. Not far away? Clare, who stumbles upon the two making out. Ruh-roh!
