Mitchel Musso will have to wait a little while longer before he can enter a plea in his highly publicized DUI case.
The Hannah Montana star's arraignment scheduled for today has been pushed back until Dec. 9, the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office tells E! News.
The 20-year-old thesp was charged last month with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher stemming from his arrest last month in Burbank, Calif. Both counts are misdemeanors.
The City Attorney also confirmed that if Musso is found guilty of the charges, the actor could face a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
A rep for the TV star was unavailable for comment.
