Selena Gomez has barred this guy from her scene for good.

The singer has secured a three-year restraining order against 46-year-old Thomas Broadnicki, who today pleaded not guilty in L.A. Superior Court to stalking Gomez and otherwise harassing her since July.

Broadnicki's bail was upped to $150,000 and a preliminary hearing was set for Nov. 16. He's facing a possible three years in state prison if convicted of felony stalking.

Gomez has stated via her attorney that she has never met the accused, but that she was told he traveled from Chicago to L.A. to meet her and that he claimed he conversed with God about harming the 19-year-old.

With the permanent order of protection in place, that's one creepster down, 100,000 rabid Justin Bieber fans to go.
