Are you ready? The Harry Potter gang is reuniting one last time at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando to celebrate the DVD release of Deathly Hallows: Part 2, and E! Online will livestream the star-packed red carpet this Saturday, at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET.

To celebrate, we're counting down the five greatest moments in all of the Harry Potter movies. And while it's no easy task, we have done the heavy lifting (at least until we master our Wingardium Leviosa's) and are ready to move on to the next big moment in our countdown.

When things at Hogwarts become dangerous and full of kittens (cough, Dolores Umbridge cough, cough) in Order of the Phoenix, certain measures must be taken. At a time when it is imperative to learn the proper Defense Against the Dark Arts, Umbridge makes it impossible. The Minister for Magic feared that Dumbledore would use the teachings to train an army to take over the Ministry, since he would not acknowledge The Dark Lord's return (and murder of Cedric Diggory).

Enter Dumbledore's army, founded by none other than the trio of Harry, Ron and Hermione. Since Harry has proven to be very effective in defending himself against many brushes with death, he teaches the group of approximately 25 just about everything he knows. He starts with the basics: the Disarming Charm, the Impediment Jinx, the Reductor Curse and the Stunning Spell.

We believe this significant assembly is one of the best moments because without Dumbledore's army, Hogwarts would have fallen to evil. We also get to see Harry put his considerable magical talent to practical use by teaching his classmates (those who will later go on to fight by his side at the Battle of Hogwarts) how to defend themselves against the Dark Arts. The name is also important because it shows the army's allegiance to Hogwarts and Dumbledore, who had to go into hiding.

Can you guess what tomorrow's magical moment will be? Sound off in the commments!
