UPDATE 10:05 a.m.: Holley arrived in court and headed straight to judge's chambers with a handful of paperwork, hence the delay in the start of today's hearing. The courtroom is full of media and five sheriff's deputies are present.

UPDATE 9:50 a.m.: Lindsay arrived for court 10 minutes early dressed far more conservatively than usual, wearing a knee-length, capped sleeve blue dress with polka dots and her blonde hair in a very loose bun. Unusually, she arrived solo, without her lawyer Shawn Holley or any members of her family.

Stop us if you've heard this one before: its judgment day for Lindsay Lohan. Only for real, this time. Er, probably.

It was just two weeks ago that a rightfully angry judge revoked LiLo's probation after she failed one too many times to adhere to the terms of her sentence and make good on her community service.

Well, cut to today, when Lindsay is $100,000 poorer (bail will do that to ya) and the world is one celebrity mug-shot richer. The actress has seemingly been working overtime since her last hearing, squeezing in several days of morgue duty in between flashing her flesh with Playboy and having her cupcake orders rudely rebuffed—but has it been enough to assuage the justice-serving wrath of Judge Stephanie Sautner?

We'll find out this morning, as E! Online will be livestreaming the courthouse proceedings—before, during and after the potentially jail-resulting hearing—so keep watching and don't miss a minute of the action.
