Lucy Davis and husband Owain Yeoman officially end marriage after originally separating in January

In today's big Hollywood splits we have Lucy Davis (Ugly Betty and the original U.K. version of The Office) and The Mentalist man Owain Yeoman pulling the plug on their marriage.

Davis filed divorce papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court earlier this month.

And what did she blame the split on?

Those pesky irreconcilable differences, according to the divorce petition obtained by E! News.

The duo got hitched at St. Paul's Catherdral in London in December 2006, just a year after they first met. But the marriage turned rocky within a short time.

In 2008, Davis was spotted out shopping without her wedding ring, and it was reported that the couple were constantly fighting.

Reps for the duo did not immediately comment on the divorce.
