If there's one person Charlie Sheen wishes could be winning right now, it's Patrice O'Neal.
The former Two and a Half Men star took to Twitter yesterday to extend his heartfelt wishes to his comedian friend who suffered a stroke Oct. 19, mere weeks after participating (and being the butt of many a joke himself) in Comedy Central's highly rated Roast of Charlie Sheen.
Here's what the Warlock had to say.
"My pal Patrice @BIGMOMMAPRODS gentle giant, brilliant comedian, and noble dude. Wishing him nothing but recovery, healing and laughter xo," tweeted Sheen.
O'Neal's fellow comic Jim Norton broke the news about the funnyman's illness yesterday on satellite radio's Opie and Anthony Show. So far, no official word on his condition or his prognosis.
Opie and Anthony have since issued a statement on Facebook urging fans to respect his family's request for privacy and suggesting anyone wanting to send well wishes can email LoveForPatrice@gmail.com.
